Studios are available on an ALL-INCLUSIVE monthly basis. 

Our all-inclusive rent means everything is covered in one simple monthly payment; rent, business rates, electricity, water, internet, waste disposal, and even coffee, so you can focus on your work without any hidden costs or extra bills.

We prioritise people working actively in creative, making-based practices at any stage of the journey from experienced furniture makers to start-up product designers, from ceramicists to multi-disciplinary artists.
